Return And Refund Policy

The ArWeft promises to provide you with a best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact as we invest a great deal of care and love in packing & sending ArWeft's . 

We have a complete return and refund policy:

We do not accept exchange requests for any products.

The return shipping fee needs to be borne by the customer.

Our products can be returned and refunded within 30 natural days after arrival,

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, request one via our Returns  Portal. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Whether a return fee will be charged for products that can be returned:

We will charge a restocking fee of 5% of the product price.

We will provide you with a return address so that you can return the product to us.

Step1:Put unused products into original packaging.

Step 2: Email service@ArWeft.com to request a return Shipping Label. 

*Please include your order  in your email to create return Shipping Label.

Step 3: Ship original items back using Shipping Label provided.

Step 4: You will be issued a refund once items are received and inspected.

The mailing address will be provided via email after submitting the application.

After receiving your return, we will evaluate it within 3 business days. Refund approval or rejection will be notified within 1 business day. If approved, customers can receive the refund within 7 business days

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved.Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.We do want you to be satisfied, but we must follow these guidelines to be fair and consistent.

Order Cancellation:

Once an order is shipped out or 3 hours have passed since placing the order, it cannot be canceled. Our team processes orders immediately upon receipt. To cancel your order, please email us at service@ArWeft.com

Lost or Missing Packages:

Use the tracking number you received to check the latest status of your package to confirm if it is actually lost or missing. Sometimes a package may be temporarily stuck at a certain location due to weather, shipping delays, etc.
If the tracking information shows that the package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, or there has been no update for a long time, please contact our customer service team immediately. Please have your order number, tracking number, and any relevant information ready so that we can quickly process your request.

Unsuccessful Delivery:

Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address, as we are not responsible for any losses, delays, or additional charges due to incorrect addresses.When placing an order, please carefully confirm your delivery address to avoid the risk of delivery failure.
